Parade starts/ends under the Hill to Hill bridge in the parking lot at Spring and Main Sts. Bethlehem.

Thursday, September 9 - Lehigh County Democratic Picnic
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Schnecksville Fire Co Pavillion on route 309 & Old Packhouse Rd.
Join the Lehigh County Democratic Committee, Lehigh County Executive Don Cunninghan, Allentown mayor Ed Pawlowski, Whitehall mayor Ed Hosa, House of Representative Appropriations Chairman Dwight Evans and many more local Democratic officials to welcome and encourge our candidates for this fall's election.
Menu: Gormet catering provided by Bon Appetit including barbecue chicken, grilled Italian sausage, rolls and butter, and more.

Saturday, September 11 - Health Care Reform Law Training
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Location: Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley
Forte Building (1337 E 5th ST., Bethlehem PA).
The purpose of this training is to provide individuals interested in health care with the necessary skills to educate others on the new health care reform law. PHAN staff will teach you everything you need to know about how the new legislation will be implemented over the next few years.

Saturday, September 25 - The Lehigh Valley Labor Council 8th Annual Golf Tournament
Location: Iron Lakes Country Club.
Time: Registration from 12:00 to 1:00 with hot dogs and beverages.
Shotgun start tournament at 1:00 followed by a 90 minute cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner.
As usual, there will be tons of prizes and a great day for golfers of every talent level.
Cost: $90.00 covers all golf green fees, cart, beverages before and during tournament, 90 minute cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and unlimited solidarity.
